Awful

Wow, this is one of the most awfulest things ever.

After a full day of Christmas preparations and general good mood, a fight around 5:15 has completely derailed Christmas. Snake has vanished to the second floor and refuses to participate.

This is basically world shaking. I don't know if his relationship with Toutou can survive much more of their bad communication and I don't know what the awful fallout will be in my relationship with Snake. This is one bleeding wound here.

Here is the picture: the tree is up and decorated, the pretty lights are on, the presents are wrapped and under the tree, the food is almost ready, the wine is uncorked and there's not going to be a Christmas. This is pretty fucking bad.

I'm going to make one more attempt at peace talks, but my chances are probably horribly slim.

Ugh. If it makes you feel any better, I think your present was the greatest, so there was already a whole lot of Christmas in that. Good luck with the house, and copious hugs your way.

There are never enough hugs in this world so we'll all just have to keep trying to add to the store!

I'm glad to hear that there were as many sets of eyebrows as people at your Christmas.
