Haul a Day

talktoolooseIt's booked! Seven days at a canoe-in site on Canisbay Lake in Algonquin Park starting one week from today. Good thing the dog likes canoes! This is the mildest form of camping in the Algonquin interior. The sites are within a 30 minute canoe ride of the parking area. But, even this small distance gives you an amazing amount of privacy and quiet, especially since there are no motor boats allowed on Canisbay.
And then I still have three days off after that before I have to get back to work. Can this be anything other than spectacular? Well, I suppose it could rain all week, but let's not think like that, shall we?
We have an L/GHEI guest staying with us who is taking us out to dinner tonight. We finished painting the room he is sleeping in last night and bought the futon he will use this morning. This is called long-range planning.
I am determined to have the book (except the music part) all done before we go to Algonquin so I am getting back to work. Bye.
