Jason's dog ate two dark chocolate bars, wrappers and all, and did just fine, except for being a bit hyper. She did the same thing with Reese's eggs at Easter - at least the peanut butter was ok for her, but of course we saw the wrappers again later, if you know what I mean...
Also, apparently his childhood dog ate some unholy number of chocolate cupcakes, wrappers and all, and made it though. Crazy resilient puppies :)

I think the poop should at least come out wrapped when they eat the wrappers.

Dog metabolism strategy is "eat it and throw it up if necessary".

I would love a doggie but my constant absence from home [barring a shut-in week with bronchitis last wee] would make it very lonely: not to mention my micro-green living bachelor space - the West here we call them studios. Still saving for that big REAL studio space.
