Wrong! Long time , ALL Sea!

When I checked my friends' page today, the first two entries were folks saying, "I haven't updated much lately," so I figured that was a meme I could get behind.

Every time I go to write something here, I find some strange resistance to the process. I tried to break through this by getting mofic to ask me some interview questions, but I can't seem to do that either.

I'm not sure what's up. I'm not particularly depressed, but I am feeling very insular. I'm definitely overworked right now, having taken on freelance jobs that I never should have. On top of that, my day job has morphed into something I don't want for the next four months. This sucks and if it goes beyond four months, I'll have to take action.

Our cat seems to have stopped dying for the time being.

I'm writing. Chapter 18 of DOB is over 12,000 words and almost done in draft. It's been a slog but an enjoyable slog, if such a creature exists.

I shall try. The problem is everything I'm writing is an epic these days.

Hey stranger. Don't feel guilty. We're all being insular and untalkative it seems. Lol, I posted about having nothing to say and then ranted on, and then 5 or 6 people on my f-list did so as well... Apparently I'm a minor lj trendsetter now. WTF.

Look forward to the new chapter soon... Hopefully I'll have enough wits about me to go at it fangs first.
