I think it depends on the nature of the workplace or the nosiness of nearby colleagues. I'm very lucky that I can surf porn at work because no one can see my desktop.

What I find funny is how people make their LJ-cut tags say "Not safe for work" in communities like show_your_cock! It's a given that anything in such a community is not work safe...
