The house across the road from me will be for rent as of August 1. My neighbour is a wonderful women who has been working hard to make it nice. She and her kids are moving to England for a few years but she's not ready to sell yet, so she's renting. It has three bedrooms plus a semi-finished basement, a nice living-room dining room and kitchen, a pretty deck off the kitchen and a tiny yard.

She will settle for $1650 plus utilities. I don't know how that compares with your current/proposed location. Obviously, I would vouch for your collective sanity... on a stack of remaindered bibles with Corinthians printed upside-down.

If you move there and games night expands to 50 people or something, it could spill over to our house.

This is a new idea for me (which is why I haven't brought it up before yet UNTIL NOW ON THE INTERNET ON LIVEJOURNAL) but m-maybe? I'd like to live with roommates, I think, plus it would be cheaper and I won't have grad funding in a bit. But don't you guys already have plans?

i'd sometimes love my LJ to be connected straight to my brain, so I didn't have to type or anything, it'd just spill right out, automaticaly marking itself as public or private or censored. Oh, how that would rock.
