Comfort. Food.
Oct. 24th, 2004 03:08 pmA calmer day. Drizzle outside; home cooking inside. Snake made homemade cinnamon buns for breakfast -- a culinary first for him. I followed with dried tomato and basil pesto with the last of the garden's basil for lunch. Then we made four bottles of green tomato / apple chutney with the tomatos that never ripened.
The house is steamy, sweet and pickly. I'm going to write some charts for the musicians at tomorrow night's rehearsal.
I send out love and peace to my friends who are in turmoil.
