talktoolooseIt is spring. This is hope in a bottle! 16C and sunny today.
1. Dog morning exercise and food.
2. Finish prepping bathroom wall for painting
3. Take laundry to laundromat and hang wet clothes in the garden for the first time this year
4. Dog mid-morning exercise
5. Block off 2 parking places on street for insulation truck (if possible)
6. Insulation truck cometh and insulateth our attic
7. Dog noon exercise and food
8. Finish taxes
9. Go to lumber yard for short picket fencing to keep dog out of vegetable garden.
10. Snake returns home from teaching in time to take dog for late-afternoon exercise and dog feeding
12-99. The rest is a blur.

Date: 2004-04-17 10:33 am (UTC)Yeah, of course exercise often means running around the garden or kitchen while we work there. But he had two leash walks yesterday. He finds those thrilling but still scary. "Cars! Dogs! Humans! It's all too much for a 12 week old baby like me!"

Date: 2004-04-17 03:03 pm (UTC)I'm sure your puppy will very soon go from scared, but thrilled to thrilled and super excited about walking on the leash. I remember when my dog first made the trasition: I was barely able to keep up! Good luck with him- and careful of yoru shoulder socket! ;)
