A Harper majority would be an unprecedented disaster. Unless you are very rich and wildly unethical, you have no reason to want the Conservatives in power. Oh, well, if you're bigoted, reactionary and fundamentalist, they may also be your cup of tea.
I'm in the funny position of supporting the NDP without trusting their leader, and liking the leader of the Liberals without trusting the party. Luckily, I don't really believe in cults of leadership, so the NDP is an easy choice for me.
I will be manning the phones at Olivia Chow's campaign office this evening, making sure everyone who said they support her actually gets out and votes.
