Having spent enough hours debugging music systems (who's clock do i synch to? Internal? External?) I can announce that it is no easier!

And harpsichord is a particularly ornery beast! I even consider a 12 string guitar too many strings to tune!

Bah. Tuning an entire set of almost 200 strings only takes me about a half hour. It's not that bad. You just need to have ears and use them.

Tuning can be a very zen exercise if you let it.

And, again, you are talking about electronics when it comes to said music systems.
