It's very cold in the office and very hot outside. I went out onto the balcony and ate my sandwich, read my book and then slept like a very large, hairy, middle-aged baby.

I am feeling content.

There was in the e-mail version. Now I'm double-hearted.

I'm still content, too. Which is, like, a record. I'm having dinner with someone I love a lot and then going to a debauch. What could be bad?

And I'm taking tomorrow off.
