I came very close to deleting the note from "nobody@ca.mci.com" because such a sender was clearly spam. Perhaps you could find a more professional user name to prevent confusion and to give your customers the impression that you're not a roomful of giggling, stoned slackers tracking around in the weeks-old detritus of Doritos and Skittles bags, feet "squeeching" on and off a floor sticky with god-knows-what.
