It's my day job. Good point, I have to remind them how much the process is costing. A colleague asked me how much the rights for one of the photos would be and I said, "nothing compared to what they've paid so far for the design process."
The problem is that my supervisor set up the review as a committee, though I begged her to let just one or two people approve it. Inevitably, everyone has fallen in love with the sound of their own voices. One email exchange saw people saying diametrically opposite things to me and then turning to each other as if they had been in agreement, smiling, and saying we were going in a good direction.
