Sending Out Love

talktoolooseWeird; I was moping around and feeling unloved, but the world sent a bunch of lurve my way today:
Valentine's day means NOTHING to me, so it can't be that. Tomorrow is my sister's 50th birthday? How the hell did that happen? Just yesterday she was chasing me down the halls of our old house (long demolished) with a pillow. I will have to find a good way to say "I love you" to her... words that have never come easily between us.
- Positive annual performance review (with attendent higher bonus) from work. This is a marked improvement from last year's debacle. No! I won't even link to that pathetic moment in history
- Positive response to a proposal I put together to do the website for my brother-in-law's new book. They didn't even balk at the money I asked for even though I was sweating the figure last night.
- Nice response right off the bat (right from the Nat) to Chapter 9 of my endless epic.
