Interesting that both you and epanastatis mention guilt. It doesn't take much to set me off on a road of guilt. This is especially true in the environment of sex. Of late, I've been flourishing (sexually at least) in situations where I receive a lot of positive reinforcement and good vibes, but the fact that I'm so vulnerable to feeling shitty makes me realize how much guilt I still live with around sexuality.
Maybe I just need a good NOLA debauch to set me straight. As it were.
