I seem to spend a lot of time doing what the English call "whinging". (For the North American translation of that word, just remove the 'g').

But suddenly I'm full of excitement about life. I can think of four things are that might account for this change:

1. I am about to conclude my fanfic novels after FOUR (4) (4!) (IV) years of work. Me and the amazing beta readers are trying to organize a wrap party. I am full of excitement about starting my first original novel.
   
2. My body is working! My knees haven't been this good in years. My back is strong, injuries heal fast. I owe this to my yogic dilligence, with much appreciation to Snake for getting me into it and keeping me involved.
   
3. My push to move my company away from godawful PowerPoint presentations and into more useful online deliverables had been accepted. This makes me feel appreciated and should make work much more exciting.
   
4. Thanks to Bear411.com, I realize that I am still desirable at the age of almost 47. That is a good feeling.

Are y'all also having Januray thaw? We are, and it always makes me happy. Until I relaise that everything that moves doesn't necessarily want to fuck me back.

I find a January thaw most discombobulating! I was actually missing -10C the other day.

But yeah, I'm ridiculously horny. If I lived a life of partner-less leisure, I'd be quite the slut now. As it is, I'm trying to squeeze some fun in...

One handsome young fellow wishes to draw me "in compromising situations." Another wants to introduce me to electro-stim. Goodness!
