Is there a difference between the terms "gender equity" and "gender equality"?

In this case, I'm doing a website for a new Jewish prayerbook that makes a point of having language that includes both men and women.

Is "gender equity" more about money for work of equal value?

While equity would be grammatically correct, colloquially it is used more to refer to work situations like pay. I would go with gender equality.

I agree with the above.
