REALLY FOR CANADIAN READERS:
Bell's high-speed rates just went up again, this time to $50.95/month, less the $10 off I get for sticking with them for a year.
I would love to jump onto one of the smaller carriers (who, I know, rent bandwidth from Bell or Rogers). I've heard things like Bell and Rogers have recently been starving small providers for bandwidth, limiting their throughput and speed. True?
I have 60GB a month through Bell. Are the others' claims of "unlimited" bullshit in light of limited throughput? Usually, I come in under my 60GB, though I blew up last month with $30 in overcharges.
So far I've looked at Execulink and 3web. Anyone have experiences to relate?
